In my quest to find health for my daughter I have stumbled across a few things. I want to share them with you as they might also be a blessing in your quest for health. The first site I stumbled upon is the water cure. It is full of information and testimonies about how drinking water and adding good salt to your life might just make a huge difference. The second thing I stumbled on to was Magnesium Oil. In talking on the phone w/ the owners of the following site I learned so much! We are mag. deficient because of the mineral deficiency in our soil and our high stress life. You can not get enough mag. orally to overcome this because it will irritate you digestive system and give you diarrhea. Every cell in our bodies need Mag. When it does not have it..out of desperation it will pull calcium (which belongs outside the cell) into the cell as a life saving thing. This makes the cell tight..think compressed (almost dehydrated) Our bodies use Mag all the time but esp. when there is stress..both physical and mental. Think of what happens when you are stressed and you shoulder and neck muscles get tight..this is the cells in this tissue using all their Mag and replacing it w/ calcium! Now when you couple this knowledge w/ the Water Cure and how most of us are dehydrated..our cells are under a lot of stress and can not function at the optimum!! Adding water, good salt and Mag oi...very simple can make a huge difference in how our body functions!! We won't have as much pain. We will increase our immune systems! Our body will work and overcome many sickness!!

I have known for years that magnesium greatly helps with learning disabilities... dyslexia, ADD, ADHD (and so on), hyperactivity...just about anything with the brain. I added this because so many I know have children and home school!

We also "stumbled" upon something called ozinol. We had a dear friend buy this for us. It is a HUGE blessing and it is working wonderfully! I will try to explain but if you are interested I will send links that will also help you. Ozone by itself will be toxic to breath. But back before antibiotics they discovered that ozone kills pathogens...mold, bacteria, viruses..but they did not know how to get into the body. Someone discovered if they ran the ozone into a defuser and they had tea tree or eucalyptus oil a person could handle the ozone. (it does something VERY scientific and has to do w/ chemistry...not my thing so this is where you need to read and study for yourself!) What happens when you breath in the ozone/tea tree oil (ozinol) is it goes right into your blood. The ozone then gets to work attacking all the pathogens in your body. This has been used for cancer, aids, and we are using it for lyme with excellent results!! It is killing the bugs!! If you do the research on this and look up the historical info on it..it will blow you away! Like I said, I feel very blessed to have this machine in my home!!
